This is a handmade skirt from the early 1970s, it's been expertly made as you can see from the zip insertion, darts and the beautifully herringbone handstitched hem.
There was originally a skirt hook fastening which had come off and I've replaced with a vintage button and button hole. The zipper works well. I found a couple of little pulls but these have poked back through and are no longer visible.

Across waist 14.5" / 37cm
Across hips 20" / 51cm
Top of skirt to hem 41" / 104cm
